Mechanism

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in a pulsatile pattern. Available in two forms: without Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) β€” short half-life, pulsatile GH release mimicking natural patterns; and with DAC β€” extended half-life via albumin binding, producing sustained GH elevation. Typically stacked with a GHRP such as ipamorelin for synergistic GH release.

Research summary

CJC-1295 without DAC produces pulsatile GH release with minimal impact on cortisol or prolactin β€” favorable for research protocols. With DAC produces sustained GH elevation useful for baseline GH optimization. Pre-sleep dosing aligns with the natural GH pulse during slow-wave sleep.

Storage

Lyophilized: βˆ’20Β°C. Reconstituted: 2–8Β°C up to 4 weeks.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between CJC-1295 with and without DAC?

Without DAC: 30-minute half-life, produces a natural pulsatile GH release. Dosed 3Γ— daily or pre-sleep. With DAC: 8-day half-life via albumin binding, produces sustained GH elevation. Dosed once weekly.

Should I stack CJC-1295 with ipamorelin?

CJC-1295 + ipamorelin is one of the most common GH stacks in research. CJC-1295 stimulates GHRH, ipamorelin stimulates GH release via a separate receptor pathway. Together they produce a synergistic GH pulse greater than either alone.
